  از قرص گاباپنیتن برای درمان تشنج و کنترل آن استفاده می‌شود.

  تشنج در کودکان استفاده شود، معمولا
  از دوزهای پایین استفاده می‌شود. ممکن
  است که نیاز باشد چند دوز از این دارو در یک
  روز استفاده شود.
  غذا اثر ناچیزی بر سرعت و مقدار جذب گاباپنتن دارد
  .( 14% افزایش در AUC) . در صورت تجویز هم زمان با آنتی اسید ها ( بخصوص آنتی اسیدهای حاوی
  آلومنیوم و منیزیم) تداخل دارد و
  باید حداقل دو ساعت فاصله را
  رعایت نمائید. در صورت بارداری و یا شیردهی با پزشک خود مشورت نمایید.
  در صورتی که قصد بارداری دارید با پزشک خود
  مشورت کنید.
  پس از سه روز معمولا یک کپسول300میلی گرم صبح و ظهر و شب ادامه
  می یابد . با سلام این داروی گاباکیم مانع جذب کلسیم می

  می شود. این دارو بطور وسیعی در سرتا سر بدن توزیع می شود
  ولی باند پروتئینی پلاسمایی آن پایین است.
  
  تداخل دارویی بین این دو دارو وجود ندارد و برای کاهش درد ناشی از زونا تجویز
  شده است. داروی گاباپنتین ممکن است موجب خواب‌آلودگی و تاری دید شما بشود.
  لذا از رانندگی و فعالیت‌هایی که نیاز به هوشیاری دارند، تا زمانی که در
  هوشیاری کامل به سر ببرید اجتناب
  کنید. هنگام مصرف گاباپنتین
  از خوردن الکل پرهیز کنید و در صورت مصرف ماری جوآنا با پزشک خود صحبت کنید.
  
  
  این لیست شامل تمام داروهایی نیست که ممکن است با گاباپنتین تداخل داشته
  باشند. دوز مصرف داروی گاباپنتین به سن، وزن، وضعیت بیماری، و پاسخگویی بدن شما به درمان و سایر داروهای مصرفی بستگی دارد.
  اگر از قرص این محصول استفاده می‌کنید و دکتر مصرف نصف قرص را
  تجویز کرده است، نصف باقی مانده را در اولین وقت مصرف کنید.
